Line Management, Built for the Motor Trade.

Why this, why now

The IMI's own structured automotive management qualification closed to new registrations in 2024. The trade is full of technical and sales courses, and almost nothing for the supervisors and managers who hold a workshop or dealership together. OpesQ fills that gap with accredited line management training made for this industry, not a generic management course with a car on the cover.

How We Deliver It

Around the working week

Short sessions spaced across weeks, not one block out of the business. Managers stay on the floor while they train.

Learn it, then use it

Each module pairs with a work-based task, so what is covered on Tuesday is being used by Monday, and the task becomes your evidence.

Taught by the trade

Delivered by people who have run automotive businesses, so the examples are a workshop and a service desk, not a textbook.
